can create a multimedia site in five steps, and that too a flashy one, as it

uses Macromedia Flash. You can create sites using about 500 pre-designed

templates, placed under broad categories of life style, business, and advanced

business. Some of the subcategories within these include arts, family, kids,

resumes, students, computers, consultants, fashion, real estate, health care,

and models.

Once you fill in your name and e-mail address on the site’s

main page, you are taken through a five-step wizard. The first step lets you

select a category. In the second step, you select a pre-designed template. Step

three walks you through editing the contents, like the name of your site,

information to be displayed, and upload images. In step four, you preview your

site. Finally, the fifth step uploads your site to the Vsplash server. Here, you

also need to provide personal information.

Interestingly, the five-step wizard is also made in Flash.

You can either go for a 10 days trial period, in which your site will be up for

10 days, or you can make a payment through your credit card. In the former case

your site will get a name as www.. vsplash.com . If you pay

up, then you can register your own domain like www.
