Users of WhatsApp may now use the same account on up to four phones at once thanks to a feature that has been made available worldwide.

The phrase "one WhatsApp account, now across multiple phones" enables several employees to send and receive messages from the same company number on various gadgets. Access to the encrypted synchronised communications is not reliant on other phones.

Small enterprises who need a single phone number for communication will benefit from the functionality when it launches in the upcoming weeks. To link a device, users must scan a QR code from the main account.

Users of WhatsApp are now able to connect up to four devices to the same account.

You don't have to stress over having one WhatsApp account on more than one telephone, as now you can utilize similar record on up to four telephones simultaneously.

Mark Zuckerberg announced the feature, stating, "You can log into the same WhatsApp account on up to four phones starting today."

Even though the feature, known as "multi-device," has been around for a while, it only allowed users to use their primary phone to access WhatsApp from browsers, computers, or Android tablets. Even though users can now log in from up to four additional phones using it.

This feature, which WhatsApp refers to as "One WhatsApp account, now across multiple phones," is currently being rolled out to users all over the world and will be available to all users in the coming weeks.

WhatsApp sees this as a valuable feature for small businesses, allowing multiple employees to send and receive messages from the same business number on different phones. While it will be helpful for individuals who use different phones and want the same WhatsApp account on all of them, WhatsApp sees this as a valuable feature for small businesses.

The messages will be synced across the various phones for up to a year with this update. Because each phone connects independently, you can still access your messages on other phones even if one phone is turned off. On each phone, all of your chats, media, and calls will be encrypted from beginning to end. Our WhatsApp will log you out of all of your companion phones automatically if your primary device remains inactive for an extended period of time.

During setup, you can tap on the new "link to existing account" feature instead of entering your phone number and logging in as usual. You will then see a QR code that can be filtered by your essential telephone through the "connect a gadget" choice in settings, and you will be signed into the subsequent telephone. WhatsApp for iOS and Android will both have this feature.
