This is an ordinary board meant for

regular office work. It supports 939 pin Athlon 64 and Sempron CPUs, and has an
nVidia GeForce 6100 and nForce 410 North and

South

Bridge

chips respectively. The board has four DIMMs that can take upto 4 GB of DDR 400
RAM.

Also, it has one PCI-E x16 slot if you want to add another
graphics card. It has ample eight USB and three FireWire ports. Plus, it has the
usual IDE ports and two SATA ports supporting SATA II drives. The SATA II drives
support RAID 0 and 1 configurations. There is a single 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port
for network connectivity. It also sports  an onboard eight-channel audio
for high

quality audio. We first tested this board

using its onboard graphics and an Athlon FX55 processor with 1GB of DDR 400 RAM
and a SATA drive. Interestingly, the board was just not able to run any of the
benchmarks, making it difficult for us to judge its performance against
comparable boards.

Otherwise, the board ran just fine when put to normal
usage. We then added an XFX 7800GT graphics card and ran SYSmark04, which ran
fine and gave a good score of 193. In fact, the benchmark scores were similar to
that of a high-end board like MSI K8N Diamond Plus (page 133, March 2006,
PCQuest).

 Plus, it scored 4991 and 7273 for the PCMark04 and
3DMark05 respectively. In the gaming benchmarks like DOOM3, it scored 74.3 fps
against the 90 fps of the MSI.

Bottom Line: Overall, the board has a decent set of
features, but we wouldn't really trust anybody using it with its onboard
graphics. Using it with a separate graphics card is fine.
