Wipro Ltd., a leading global technology, consulting and outsourcing company declared the release of new Cloud based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services that will support Siemens PLM Software Teamcenter portfolio, the world’s most commonly used digital lifecycle software. Wipro is a Global consulting and Systems Integration partner of Siemens PLM Software.

Siemens and Wipro offer the power of their mixed product and process knowledge, industry skills and fast execution solutions to provide Teamcenter. The new PLM solutions will help electronics and semiconductor customers quickly set up Teamcenter on the Cloud, offering agility to the product development process. They give added versatility to quickly scale-up or scale-down infrastructure resources based on project specifications. The solution, provided through an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) system, also substitutes significant upfront capital expenditure with operating expenditure providing ability to leverage PLM tools across the business processes.

The test drive labs have been designed by Siemens and Wipro and will be offered totally free to customers. The services, released for electronic and semiconductor industry, includes Siemens PLM Software electronics and semiconductor catalyst, which provides industry-leading best methods in a preconfigured, ready-to-install solution package.
