According to a 9to5Mac report, the 13-inch MacBook Air, codenamed J513, is already in the works and will be powered by the M3 chipset, which hasn't been announced yet. Additionally, the company will release a 15-inch MacBook Air with the M3 processor under the codename J515.

There were earlier reports that the 15-inch MacBook Air with M2 and M2 Pro chips would be released in April; however, new reports indicate that there will not be any such models. Similar to the 13-inch model, it appears that the entry-level M3 chip with an 8-core CPU will be used in the 15-inch MacBook Air.

In addition, there is no evidence that the chips for the upcoming MacBook Air models, like the M3 Pro, will be more powerful. The company is expected to release an updated 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 chipset in addition to the MacBook Air.
