The Problem: A solution was needed to encourage middle, senior and top management to grow into their jobs but also to receive peer review for increased productivity.
The Solution: A project needed to be undertaken as a Leadership Development initiative to enable executives in middle, senior and top management roles to leverage and develop their leadership skills.
The Result: MSA is an improved version of the 360 degree feedback tool. It enables executives to assess themselves on a given set of competencies.
Feedback on the same competencies is sought from different assessors (supervisor, internal stakeholders, subordinate/s and peers). The feedback is collated by the system to generate a systemic report for the individual.
The customized report is a pictorial representation of the feedback received and can be easily comprehended to extract meaningful feedback for one self.
