Youtubers with copyrights are on the safer end. As they have methods to safeguard their content. Though, with this new tool, every uploaded video on YouTube will be automatically scanned to check its originality. The tool is named as Copyright Match tool will detect the uniqueness of full video and not a clip. One has to be the first person to upload the video on YouTube to be counted as a new content.

The Copyright Match tool will begin from next week and only for video creators who have more than 100,000 subscribers. Later, it will be available for a large number of users. The creator of the video will be informed if the replica of their video is surfaced on YouTube.

And if the copyright match tool finds any matches, it is the Youtubers decision on what action needs to be taken. The available options for that are – either do nothing, connect with the person who made the copy or ask YouTube to remove the copied video.
