Microsoft Flight Simulator 98 is a 90’s Video Game released in mid-1997 for Microsoft Windows platform. It was published by Microsoft Corporation & Ubisoft. And if you want to be a pilot Microsoft Flight Simulator 98 is the game for you. It lets the armchair pilots take control of real aircraft and fly over 3D cities.

StarCraft is a real-time strategy game that was released in 1998. This 90’s video game was developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. It was created by Chris Metzen and James Phinney for Microsoft, Classic Mac OS, Mac OS and Nintendo 64. It revolves around galactic thrash about for supremacy among four species.

3. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is the 5th in series of The Legend of Zelda game series. It is an action-adventure 90’s video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 platform. The 3D graphics game controls the link in the fantasy land of Hyrule on a mission to prevent Ganondorf, the king of the Gerudo tribe, from acquiring Triforce, a holy wish-granting historical object.

4. Grim Fandango

Developed and published by LucasArts, Grim Fandango is an adventure-packed 90’s video game directed by Tim Schafer. It was released 1998 for Windows platform. The game is set in the Land of the Dead, from where lately deceased souls, symbolized as calaca travel before they arrive at their ultimate destination.

5. Thief: The Dark Project

Thief: The Dark Project was released on 30th November 1998 for Microsoft Windows platform. Thief is composed by Eric Brosius and developed by Looking Glass Studios. The 90’s video game is set-up in medieval style steampunk city, where the player becomes the protagonist Garrett. He is the trained master thief skilled by a secret society; while performing various robberies.

Pokemon Snap was one of the first console games for the Pokemon series and was also a spin-off in the series. It is a first-person rail shooter and simulation 90’s video game that was released in 1999. The Pokemon snap was developed by HAL Laboratory and Pax Softnica and published by Nintendo for Nintendo 64.

The Sims is one of the best-selling 90’s video game of all time. It was initially released in 2000 and the latest update came in June 2018. The Sims is a life simulation game series, which was developed by Maxis and The Sims Studio and published by Electronic Arts. All games in this series are majorly sandbox games.

Halo was created Bungie in 2001. The Halo franchise games centre on an interstellar combat between humans and union of aliens, which are known as Covenant. Halo, the 90’s video game is a military science fiction first-person shooter video game.

9. Battlefield 1942

Battlefield 1942, 90’s video game developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. It was released in 2002 for Microsoft Windows, Xbox, Macintosh OS. This first-person single-player shooting video game can be played with other players over the internet. The player is permitted to assume the role of any of the five classes of infantry.

10. Prince of Persia

The critically acclaimed Prince of Persia, 90’s video game was released in 1989. It was developed and published and designed by Brøderbund and Jordan Mechner, respectively for the Apple II. The game is an arrangement in ancient Persia. Where the central character has to undertake various prisons to beat the Grand Vizier Jaffar and rescue an imprisoned princess.
