Acer exhibited India’s 1st Mixed Reality headset at the Grand Finale event of its Predator league. This most recent innovation by Acer involves the power of virtual reality and astounding sense of the real world, which gives truly thrilling experiences.

Acer’s Mixed Reality Headset gives the users a World scale level of Mixed reality experience that is more flexible and strong as compared to Desk and Room scale experiences. It lets the users take the virtual tour to travel destinations, gets inside exciting games and views popular events and even travels across time and space within their own abode.

Immersive Technology

Two front-hinged 2.89-inch high-resolution liquid crystal displays provide a wide 95-degree field of view. Its incredible 2880 x 1440 resolution allows you to enjoy an exceptionally interactive and immersive VR experience. A fast refresh rate of up to 90Hz gives clear and realistic images for an eccentric mixed reality experience.

The ergonomically designed ultra-light headset is comfortable to the core. Its double-padded sweat-resistant material provides comfort and durability and allows trouble-free adjustments of headbands that ensures the ideal fit.

Designed for Freedom

For greater flexibility and freedom, the Mixed Reality gives users the ability to interact directly with their environment. It enables customers to interact with software using gesture, gaze and voice, while also having the option to use traditional inputs like mice, keyboards and controllers.

With inside-out tracking, the camera is on the headset, so there is no need to drill holes in a wall or set up extraneous hardware. As soon as the headset connects to a Windows Mixed Reality-ready PC, it installs the required software, making it possible to experience mixed reality almost anywhere.

The 6-degrees of freedom positional tracking includes forward/back, up/down, left/right as well as pitch, yaw and roll. The headset comes with a 13-foot cable allowing a wide range movement and connects to a PC via HDMI 2.0, while a USB 3.0 connector downloads data.
