Alexa built-in Redmi Note 8 Pro goes on sale at Rs 14,999

Xiaomi’s much anticipated Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone with Amazon Alexa Built-in is available on sale starting October 21, 12 p.m. onwards on Amazon.in. With Alexa built-in, consumers can interact and execute several tasks including play music, getting news updates, control smart home devices, check the weather in real-time.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is available in 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage variants for Rs 14,999, Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999, respectively.

The smartphone is powered by the octa-core Helio G90T mobile and comes with a full HD+ 6.53-inch Dot Notch display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and is protected by dual Corning Gorilla Glass 5. At the rear, the Redmi Note 8 Pro sports 3D curved glass and has a thickness of just 8.8 mm.

The Helio G90T features a 6+2 architecture comprising of six ARM Cortex-A-55 cores, clocked up to 2.0GHz, while two Cortex-A76 cores clocked 2.05GHz. The CPU is clubbed with a quad-core Mali G76 GPU clocked at a mighty 800MHz. And for the first time ever, the Redmi Note 8 Pro features a camera array consisting of four cameras including a 64MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120-degree field of view, a depth sensor and a macro.

Also, as being the first 64MP smartphone in the world, the Redmi Note 8 Pro makes utilizes sophisticated photography technology to ensure all the images captured are sharp, detailed and have a high color accuracy. The technology behind is Super Pixel, which combines information from four pixels into one, giving users 16MP shots with incredible details.

The smartphone is fuelled by a 4500mAh battery with 18W charging out of the box.
