iPhones have been a benchmark for smartphones for a very long time now, and that does not change with the new iPhone 13 series. Apple has been the definition of flagship for a very long time now, and competing with the company seems to be a challenging task for the competitors. Cameras and Functions

Cameras have always been a forte for Apple. This time around, the company has taken it a notch higher. The camera performance and images shared by Apple during the launch event look very good and promising. However, images are not the only improvement done by Apple in their latest iPhones this time around. The video profile of the cameras has been enhanced as well. With features like ProMotion and ProRes, the video profile of the camera has become better than before. The company now claims that the cameras are capable of shooting movies on it. One of the key features of the cameras is the smart sensor that can detect when an object or person is about to walk into the frame. It manages the focus automatically.

The camera hardware has been enhanced too, every camera in the module has been improved for delivering better performance. The cameras do not come with high megapixels like 48, 64 or even 108-megapixel sensors like the competitors but can easily compete and overthrow the performance. Unlike companies like Vivo or OnePlus, Apple has not collaborated with any camera company, but has still managed to deliver a camera performance better than most brands out there.

Processor and Processing Power

Apple has always relied on their chips for all their phones. The A15 Bionic chip in the iPhone 13 series overpowers the processors that are available on Android devices. The last generation A14 Bionic chip was better than the Snapdragon 888 chip. This is the best processor that Android phones have come out with. The latest A15 Bionic chip promises to deliver better and more performance as compared to the competitors, making it very hard to compete with.

The GPU power has also been enhanced with the latest iPhone and even though Apple phones are not primarily built for gaming, they can beat most Android devices with their performance. The addition of the 120Hz display in the pro models makes it even better and responsive for gaming and content consumption.

Price

Apple is famous for not coming up with competitive prices, and the competition has been capitalizing on this fact for a very long time now. However, the prices of the iPhone 13 series seem very competitive. In the UK, the upcoming phones will be launched at a cheaper price than the previous generation. The iPhone 13 series is launching at the same price as the previous generation. This might make the iPhone 13 the phone for the masses again.

The competition in the smartphone market is getting stiffer every year. Apple has taken it a notch up with their latest offerings, and it will be interesting to see how the competition responds to it.
