A new Batman game has been going around the rumour mill. The game is an open secret, and the question now is when it will be announced rather than IF it will be announced. Up until now, we had virtually no details regarding the game. But now there seems to be something from a prominent leaker, who says that the newest edition of Batman will be called Arkham Legacy.
The rumour was leaked by a well known industry leaker, Sabi. His E3 2019 leaks were pretty accurate and he was also reportedly sued by Nintendo for leaking details on their games. Along with the name of the new Batman game, he also Tweeted that we might be able to play as other members of the Bat Family (Robin, Red Hood, Cat Woman, Nightwing etc), though there are no details which ones. There are no further details either.
The stuff about the playable family seems to be legit

The title was all but confirmed by Thomas Polito, who is a Comics Movie insider.

The leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt though. Last month, the creators of Arkham Origins, WB Games Montreal teased what apparently was a new Batman game, on the 80th anniversary of the Caped Crusader. That was later all but confirmed by Scott Snyder, who has written Batman Comics. From the WB leak and Scott Snyder’s tweet, it seems that the new Batman game will be based on Court of Owls, an underworld organisation that made its debut in early Batman Comics. The title, Arkham Legacy also falls in line with the ending of Arkham Knight and gives the impression that the new game will take off where Arkham Knight left and we might get some answers to the game’s ambiguous ending.
But this is all conjecture until the game is officially announced.
