Cisco sweeps the competition in the enterprise networking space

Cisco is the winner in the networking category. D-Link was the 1st runner-up and Juniper Networks followed. Here is all you need to know.

Cisco is the clear winner with a lead on its closest competition. In future, seven in every eight users would consider Cisco while buying their next Networking Products.

Cisco is the winner in the networking category. D-Link was the 1st runner-up and Juniper Networks followed. Compared to the last year’s results, D-Link and Juniper Networks exchanged their spots.

Cisco sweeps the competition in this category. It is a clear winner in all the segments. In the Familiarity Index, it achieved a cent per cent score. D-Link gained and is at 71%. Juniper came in third with 54%, followed by TP-Link 34%and HPE Aruba 26%.

In our Spontaneous Awareness of the brands survey, Cisco gets the maximum recall score of 98%. Last year it was 100%. Next is D-Link and Juniper with a marginal difference of 96% and 94% respectively, followed by TP-Link 89% and HPE Aruba 80%. D-Link gained a lot compared to last year, it was on fourth place and this time it jumped to second spot. It’s a huge achievement.

In the current usage as well, Cisco is on top at 59 per cent. D-Link is the second in the race with 23%. Juniper is at 12% followed by TP-Link6% and HPE Aruba4%.

Once again D-Link jumped two steps beating Juniper and TP-Link while last year it was on fourth place. Similarly, TP-Link moved to fourth place from fifth last year.

In the future as well, Cisco is strong at 88%. Though Cisco is on top, that’s down from last year’s 97%. So, who is gaining? Once again, it’s D-Link at 68% a huge jump from 28% last year. Juniper also lost from 58% last year to 43% this time around. TP-Link is next at 8% followed by NETGEAR at 3%.
