Anand mentioned Logitech's presence, “We have a physical presence in over 100 countries, with 88 offices around the world. Our customers who invest in our solutions expect post-sale experience and support, so we take post-deployment support very seriously. Sustainability is also very important to us at Logitech. Currently, 65% of the mice and keyboards we sell are made from recycled plastic. In fact, one in every three products Logitech makes today is made from recycled plastic, avoiding the use of 1000 tonnes of virgin plastic.” He also highlighted how Logitech is saving the environment by using paper packaging certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

Anand Lakshmanan also explained how Logitech is simplifying meeting room efforts, “We at Logitech focus on the experience, products are incidental to the experience that we provide. We are always focused on making life easy for people. Now things are changing. So we are also stepping outside of the meeting room. Logitech has already started providing solutions for meeting rooms and outside of the conference room.”

Later, Balajee Rajaram, Director of Engineering at Logitech, explained different products and how they are making lives easier. He began by discussing meeting room challenges, “I'm sure you would have come across this situation like me many times in your life. You walk into a room, and you want to book it, but you have to go to the room to see if it's free. And nine out of 10 times it already has a meeting going on and you only find out after you open the door. You don't have to do it any longer. There is a display just outside the room that will tell you who's inside and who's hosting the meeting. When will it end? Is it available in the time slot that you want, and without having to go back to your laptop? You can put the meeting room in the next available slot just standing outside.”

He also talked about how they are revolutionizing service for enterprise customers, “We are all used to the concept of the annual maintenance contract, but most of these maintenance contracts are device-based. Logitech wanted to make this easier for our customers, so we introduced a support program called 'Select'. We are the first company, at least in our industry, around the world to launch a support program where maintenance is based on room and not on the device.”

On this day, Logitech also announced the availability of Logi Dock, a small all-in-one docking station with multiple connectivity options – ports and wireless, enabling users to declutter their desks. It is a collaboration device certified for Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Voice, and Zoom. etc. video calling software.

Logitech also opened the floor to experience their existing products including conference room cameras, meeting solutions, headsets, and earbuds, etc.
