Keep in mind though, that Stadia will be available on 19th Novemeber to only those who have bought the Stadia Founder’s Edition or Stadia Premier Edition. The users who purchased these two will be getting the first three months of Stadia Pro for free, including Destiny 2: The Collection. The Stadia Pro subscription will cost $9.99 per month.

As for other games releasing in 2019 before the end of the year, they are:

The current lineup looks rather unimpressive. But Google had earlier revealed a few games that would release in 2020, which include Cyberpunk 2077, DOOM: Eternal, Watch Dogs Legions and, God and Monsters, all of which are highly anticipated games.

In addition to streaming these games on Chrome on your PC, you will be able to stream them on your TV through Chromecast and also on mobiles. But currently Google is offering this service only on Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a.
