Honor X90B, TWS Expected to Launch in India in January 2024

With the Honor 90, Honor, formerly known as HTech, made a comeback to the Indian smartphone market in September. The company also unveiled its future ambitions, stating that an Honor foldable phone would debut in H1 2024 and that the next Honor phone will ship in India before year's end.

We now know a little bit more about the next Honor phone. Alongside the next phone, Honor also intends to introduce its first TWS earphones in India.

The Honor X90B has been spotted on the BIS website

91mobiles spotted a BIS listing of an Honor phone, though the listing doesn't have a model number. However, this suggests that the new Honor device will soon be launched in India. 91mobiles has learned from industry sources that the model listed in BIS is the Honor X90B. This phone is expected to launch in India in late December or early January.

The smartphone is also said to compete with the Realme 11 Pro series, so  the Honor phone should be priced around Rs 25,000 in India. This would make it a more affordable option compared to the Honor 90, which was launched in India at Rs 37,999. 

While we don't know anything about the Honor X90B yet, it's possible that the phone could be a variant of the Honor X9b  available in some markets.

Specifications of Honor X90b

Display: The Honor X9b has a curved 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Processor: The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. 

RAM and Storage: The device comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. 

Cameras: In the photography department, the Honor X9b has a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For taking selfies, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera. 

Software: On the software side, the device runs  MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13. 

Battery, Charging: The phone packs a 5800mAh battery with 35W fast charging support.

Colors: The Honor X9b is available in three color options: Sunrise Orange, Midnight Black and Emerald Green.
