On June 22, the "Coolest Gaming Event in India" will be streamed live by HP's gaming sub-brand Omen. The event will "showcase the future of gaming powered by 13th Gen Intel Processors," according to the event description provided by OMEN India and Intel. Therefore, it was probably safe to assume that the company was getting ready to introduce a new laptop.

However, we have received new information from industry sources indicating that HP will release a Victus laptop in addition to an Omen laptop.

According to sources who spoke with IANS, HP's upcoming gaming laptops are anticipated to be the thinnest and lightest gaming devices the company has ever produced in order to further consolidate its position as the market leader for PC gaming in India.

Omen 16 and Victus 16 series

HP plans to introduce new Omen 16 and Victus 16 laptops at the event, according to sources. Given their name, it is safe to assume that they will feature 16.1-inch displays, similar to those found on the most recent generation of laptops. However, according to our sources, the new HP Omen would be significantly lighter and thinner than its predecessor, weighing just under 2 kilograms and measuring just under 20 millimeters thick.

Aside from this, the most recent Nvidia GeForce RTX 4000 series GPUs will be included in the new HP Omen. These GPUs are an improvement over the RTX 3000 series GPUs that were previously included in the current generation. Additionally, it is reasonable to assume that the new laptops will feature Intel processors of the 13th generation.

Our sources claim that HP has enhanced its cooling technology even further. The Omen and Victus series' cooling performance has always received a lot of attention from HP. The new laptop has a new airflow system with square vents that are said to allow for more air to enter and exit the device. In addition, the top hinge trunk has been reworked to open without obstructing the vents in the back. This ought to increase airflow even more.

In addition, HP intends to upgrade the gaming portfolio's software. There will be a new battery-saving mode and a customization feature included in the HP Omen Gaming Hub. Gamers should get a more individualized experience as a result of this.

Naturally, as with every leak, things should be taken with a grain of salt. HP may have a long list of other announcements to make in addition to these. On June 22 at 7:30 p.m., the event will be streamed live by the company via its Omen India YouTube Channel.
