Online users have reported seeing two Xiaomi Watch S2 Pro variants for the first time. Both smartwatches should have LTE connection because they are certified as M2311W1 and M2312W1, in contrast to previous Xiaomi flagship smartwatches.
Only a few months after launching the Watch S1 Pro internationally, Xiaomi looks to be working on a new top smartwatch. Nearly seven months after its Chinese launch, the Watch S2 still does not have a worldwide version. However, Xiaomi asserts that early information on the Watch S2 Pro was gleaned through IMEI database findings.
The M2311W1 and M2312W1 are likely variations of the same model that Xiaomi has created. Xiaomi makes the assumption that the entries represent two variants of the Watch S2 Pro despite the absence of retail names. However, the M2311W1 and M2312W1 appear to have LTE connectivity, a first for Xiaomi smartwatches, according to IMEI databases.
Features (Expected)
Other details are currently unknown, but the Mix Fold 3 and Pad 6 Max are expected to be announced alongside the Watch S2 Pro next month. However, it is unknown which OS Xiaomi will continue to use in the future. The Watch S2 Pro will be a more expensive model in the Watch S2 series, as the name suggests.
AMOLED displays in sizes of 1.32-inch (42mm) and 1.43-inch (46mm) are available on the current Xiaomi Watch S2. It has a heart rate monitor (HRM), a SpO2 sensor, a temperature monitor, a stress and sleep tracker, and 100 workout modes. It also has an integrated GPS for outdoor activities.
9to5Google revealed that Xiaomi was actively working on a Wear OS-based smartwatch for its Xiaomi Watch series. Wear OS is only likely to be available on models made in other countries; Chinese models will probably continue to use MIUI OS, which is based on Android.
