Kill Confirmed and Gunfight

Call of Duty Mobile is becoming highly competitive now and every player wants to achieve a higher ranking in the game. However, as we move higher in the rankings, the lobby becomes more challenging. One major aspect of the game is the multiplayer mode that offers multiple game modes and lets us choose our niche and grind in order to reach the top level in the game. The ranking system is different in the multiplayer and the battleroyale mode of the game. The multiplayer mode offers multiple rewards like gun upgrades, weapon upgrade cards, skins and ornaments. These rewards boost our morale in order to perform better in the game. The tier-ranking system matches with players in the same tier, making the competition fair.

Even though there are multiple game modes in the game, we think two of the most intense and fast-paced modes are Kill Confirmed and Gunfight. Both of them are multiplayer modes, but the gameplay needed to excel in these modes is very different. The Kill Confirmed mode is 5v5 and requires players to pick up the enemy dog tag to confirm the kill. If the enemy picks the dog tag before you, then the kill is denied and would not be counted. This aspect of the mode keeps us on the toes and requires very fast reflexes and movements.

The Gunfight mode, on the other hand, is a little more strategic and requires multiple other skills than just gun skills. The mode is 2v2 where players spawn on different sides of the map, and they have to complete objectives and kill the opponent. The other team has to stop the objective from being completed while avoiding being killed. The mode requires us to keep in mind multiple factors and focus not just on the movements of the opponent players, but also on our movements. If killed, you will spawn after the round and would have to spectate the other player in the team. The first team to win 6 rounds wins the match. You can not choose the loadout, and it will be automatically assigned to you at the start of the round and therefore, it becomes very important to be familiar with the gun mechanics of the guns in the game.

The Kill confirmed mode requires good control and understanding of the map. Since the game mode has an extra step of collecting dog tags to confirm the kills, it is always a good option to take close-range and 1v1 fights. The close range would enable you to pick up the tag as soon as the enemy is down and confirm your kill. The next important thing according to us is having a sniper in your team. A sniper might sound like a very uncalled-for addition to the team where winning and losing relies on close combats, but it is very important to understand and accept the fact that sniper rifles do a lot of damage and one shot on the head is a confirmed kill. The sniper in the team can work as a cover fire as well as take out enemies while other players are rushing, making it easier to confirm kills just by collecting the tags.

Sound can be the game-changer since it is a fast-paced mode, the scopes of camping are very low and reduces the chances of getting fast and more kills. Most players ignore the movement variations while rushing and straight-up runs towards the opponent. This reveals their location even before they can be seen by the opponent. You need to take advantage of this and focus on the side while rushing corners or buildings. The sound will help you locate the player and perform a takedown.

Rush gameplay is not all about running with a gun in and shooting at whatever comes in the way. Even while rushing, you need to keep in mind the basic movements like crouch and jump. It is no secret that crouch reduces footstep sounds to a great degree, making it easier to close in on enemies, use this to your advantage. While taking a fight, and this fact can not be stressed enough, always move and jiggle. This makes it hard for the enemies to shoot at you, but does not affect your crosshair placement much. Movements like crouch and shoot, jump and shoot and prone and shoot can also be very helpful in certain situations.

Rank Pushing with Gun Fight Mode

Gunfight mode is a much shorter and faster mode than Kill Confirmed, and the stakes are also high in this mode. One of the things that we understood, after several attempts at winning in this mode, is that we can not blindly rush on our enemies in this mode. We need to use the grey matter more in this mode. One of the most efficient ways to excel in this mode is to use grenades and flash bangs. The map length in this mode is not very big and the position of the enemy is not difficult to trace. It is very helpful and rewarding to use a grenade or flash bang at the start of the round to either get rid of the enemies or to complete the objective.

One important thing about this mode is that you need to stop the enemy from planting their objective because it is a time-bound mode and nullifying the objective is just another task in hand with zero compensation on the time front. You can camp in this mode, yes, you can. The design and concept of this mode allow you to sit in a corner and wait for your enemies to approach while you anticipate their movement and scope in on them. The time boundation forces the players to move and with just a touch of patience you can secure the round and maybe even the game.

Always take the high ground at the start of the round and try to hold it. Since the map is small, a high ground is of utmost importance for spotting the enemies. From there you can throw grenades at them, flashbang them or even hunt them with your spray. It is all possible from a high ground.

Always aim for the head, it is important in all modes but significantly important in this one. Since there are only a total of 4 players, the option of picking up enemies gun is very low therefore you need to keep a close focus on the ammo. Headshots do the most damage and a maximum of 3 headshots can take the enemy down. So if you connect 3 bullets on the head in the entire spray, you're good.
