The leaks dealt with massive twists and pivotal cutscenes from the game. It also includes new gameplay videos. The leak was uploaded to YouTube this weekend and has plot scenes in German and English. The channel where the leak was first uploaded has been taken down, but the videos have already been downloaded and are being re-uploaded to Youtube. Twitter is a minefield of Last of Us II spoilers right now. There are rumours abound that this was done by a disgruntled employee. It had been reported in the past that Naughty Dog had made developers working on Last of Us II undergo massive crunch with little to no extra pay.

Some fans are saying that they won’t be buying the game due to the spoilers, while others have posted homophobic and transphobic comments regarding the content of the game.
