Steam's "Best of 2023" list is now available. The top-selling games on the platform are listed below. In addition, the list shows the games that were most often played on PC, VR, Controller, Steam Deck, and other platforms.
The games that were in each category are not ranked by Steam; instead, they are grouped into Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers on its "Best of 2023" list. Each category's top 12 games are ranked platinum, followed by 12 games ranked gold, 26 games ranked silver, and 50 games ranked bronze. Steam used data from January 1 through December 15, 2023, to build the list.
