New Information about the PUBG Mobile Update Miramar & Erangle Maps

PUBG Mobile is going to get it’s a new and massive update on July 7th. The size of the update is 1.84GB on Android and 2.13GB on iOS devices. This update will mark the beginning of a brand new season 14 in the game. As almost everyone knows at this point that PUBG Mobile is introducing the all-new Livik map in this update but that’s not all. There are tons of new features being added to the classic maps like Erangle and Miramar as well. To read what’s all that’s new for Livik map click here. 

Here’s all that’s new in the PUBG Mobile 0.19.0 update:

Spark the Flame theme for Miramar and Erangle

Spark the Flame gameplay is only going to be available on two maps in the game. To play spark the flame players simply have to choose one of the two maps in classic mode and play. In Spark the Flame-themed Gameplay player will get: 

• Small Statue which will burn up and give players drops supplies and event items after burning.
• Giant Statue which has multiple construction stages that change as the themed event progresses. It burns in the final stage.
• Statue Camp which will have tents around the statue. Players need to enter them to search for supplies.

The Ancient Secret Themed Gameplay

Just like spark the flame mode the Ancient secret theme mode only available on Miramar and Erangle maps. Unlike spark the flame game players will have to choose to play the Ancient secret mode by selecting it. In the Ancient Secret mode players will get:

• Ancient Temple: Large, major building with a two-story structure. It initially sits on the ground, but it starts to float in the air after a fixed period of time and moves slowly with the playzone.
• Slate puzzle: An interactive puzzle made up of ancient slates.
• Boss fight: Players who make it to the sealed room on the second floor of the Ancient Secret can challenge the boss of the temple and win great rewards.
• Small Ruins: Small, randomly-appearing ruins with crates and puzzles.

There are going to be changes in the Payload mode and Rage Gear mode after the update. After the update, the Payload mode and the rage gear mode will only be available for players on weekends and the bluehole mode will be removed from the game. 

Changes in Arena Gameplay:

• The much-loved Arena mode is also going under some changes in the update. There is a new mode called Team Gun Game which will be available for players to play on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from July 31st in the game. In the Team Gun Game players will start with the same weapons but can upgrade them as they kill the enemies. The final weapon is going to be the famous PUBG Mobile Pan. The last standing players will have to fight using pans to defeat each other. 
• Another Map is being added in the Arena mode. The map is called Library and it is going to be the first in-door map for PUBG Mobile arena mode. The map will have a symmetrical layout and three assault routes: left, right, and center. This is going to be similar to Call of Duty Mobile map Killhouse. 
• A new attachment is also making an appearance in the all-new PUBG Mobile update. The Barrel Extender is a new attachment and can be used on Sniper Rifles, Rifles, and SMGs. Once attached the Barrel Extender will increase the range of the weapon and increase the damage of bullets over long distances. 
• There are changes in the Arena in damage as well. So after the update, the shotgun will be able to do incredible damage in close range while the power will be reduced in mid to long-range. On the other hand, sniper rifles will be able to do great damage in the long-range but the short to mid-range is going to be affected. 

From just this much we can safely say that PUBG Mobile update is going to be more than just a facelift. These are some proper in-game physics changes that will make the game more realistic for players. As the season 13 ends and the update starts seeding players will see a brand new game appear on their devices.
