POCO X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max set for India launch on March 17

POCO has confirmed that the POCO X8 Pro and POCO X8 Pro Max 5G will launch in India and global markets on March 17. Teaser images show the X8 Pro in white and the X8 Pro Max in black, both featuring a metal frame and a dual rear camera setup.

The POCO X8 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra, while the X8 Pro Max will use the Dimensity 9500s, making them among the first smartphones in India to feature these processors.

Based on leaks, the X8 Pro may include a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 20MP front camera, and IP69K protection. The Indian variant could feature a 7,560mAh battery with 100W fast charging.

The X8 Pro Max is expected to offer a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, similar camera setup, and a 9,000mAh battery with 100W charging.

Tempt Rebel Air portable speaker launches with TWS pairing and Bluetooth 5.4

Tempt has launched the Rebel Air, a compact 5W portable Bluetooth speaker designed for everyday music listening and travel use. The device features a 52mm full-range neodymium driver and passive radiator, aimed at delivering deeper bass and clearer audio in a small form factor .

The speaker supports Bluetooth 5.4 for faster pairing and stable connectivity within a 10-meter range. It also includes TWS pairing, allowing two Rebel Air speakers to connect wirelessly for stereo sound.

Rebel Air offers up to 8 hours of playback and supports USB Type-C charging, which can fully recharge the battery in about 90 minutes. Additional features include IPX5 splash resistance, an in-built microphone for hands-free calls, and FM radio support .
