OnePlus Buds 3 to Launch on January 4, Pricing Details Out, to be Cost Around Rs 9000

The OnePlus Ace 3 smartphone and the OnePlus Buds 3 TWS headphones are expected to debut in China on January 4. The forthcoming true wireless earbuds' appearance and available colors have already been made public by the manufacturer.

They may have eschewed the 'Pro' label this year, but they are anticipated to replace the January 2023-released OnePlus Buds Pro 2. Prior to the debut, a recent internet source has mentioned several important OnePlus Buds 3 characteristics along with a recommended pricing range.

OnePlus Buds 3 Specifications (Expected)

According to the report, the OnePlus Buds 3 should be equipped with a 10.4mm driver and a 6mm tweeter. The headphones are said to offer 48dB active noise cancellation (ANC) support and offer Google Fast Pair and dual connectivity. 

These true wireless headphones can also offer IP55  dust and splash resistance, making them suitable for sports and rain use. Meanwhile, according to a Weibo post hinted at by Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Buds 3 may offer a 3D surround sound experience and support LHDC 5.0.

These headphones are also likely to offer up to 44 hours of total battery life. They were previously reported to offer up to 33 hours of playback time  with the case.  An earlier leak also suggested that the OnePlus Buds 3 is expected to pack a 58mAh battery in both earbuds and a 520mAh battery in the body with support for 4.5W input and 1.2W output.

The headphones are also designed to support Bluetooth 5.3. They will debut in China on January 4, but a global launch has not yet been confirmed.

These TWS headphones may arrive in global markets, including India and Europe, later this month, possibly alongside the OnePlus 12R on January 23.  

OnePlus Buds 3 price and availability 

According to a report from Allround-PC, the price of the OnePlus Buds 3 will probably be 99 euros (about Rs 9000). The company has already confirmed that the headphones will be available in Clear Sea Blue and Space Gray (translated from Chinese) color options.
