Oppo A3s vs Realme 3 Pro: Design and display

The Oppo A3s comes with an edge-to-edge display, sleek bezels and a glossy panel at the back that makes the A3s look like a premium device. The smartphone has a 6.2-inch HD+ display and a 720p resolution that offers plenty to colours and good brightness levels.

On the other hand, the Realme 3 Pro sports a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with 2340×1080 pixels resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. And yes, there is notch. And when it comes to multimedia viewing, I would rather go with Realme 3 Pro as it offers vibrant colours thank to the Widevine L1 certification which is absent in the Oppo A3s.

Oppo A3s vs Realme 3 Pro: Specs and features

The Oppo A3s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset, which is the same processor found in the Redmi 5 and the Moto G6. The Snapdragon is a decent processor that can easily manage everyday tasks with ease. But, with only 2GB of RAM and Oppo's heavy ColorOS 5.1 software, the Snapdragon 450 processor isn’t enough. The smartphone also comes with pre-loaded apps such as Oppo's App Store, Clone Phone, Theme Store, Game Space, Face and Amazon among others.

The Realme 3 Pro runs on ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie offering a smooth navigation overall. If you will be using the Realme 3 Pro to run basic to medium productivity tasks such as working with docs, spreadsheets or with light gaming, it will offer a better experience than the A3s. Gaming is smooth in the Realme 3 Pro and can run games such as PUBG Mobile and other graphics intensive shooting games without a glitch.

Oppo A3s vs Realme 3 Pro: Camera

The Oppo A3s sports a dual real camera consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor to capture bokeh effect photos. The camera app is identical to iOS meaning its easy to use.  The camera app comes with modes such as time-lapse, HDR, portrait and the ability to adjust beautification settings.

On the other hand, the Realme 3 Pro sports a 16MP Sony IMX519 sensor paired up with 5MP depth sensor. The Realme 3 Pro’s 16MP camera can click good images than the Oppo A3s.
