Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has officially launched the K3 in India for Rs 16,999 that comes with a no-notch design offering an all-screen viewing experience. Vivo, on the other hand, has upped the ante in the sub-20k price band by launching the Z1 Pro smartphone which is specifically designed for games and offers a triple rear camera setup. The Oppo K3 comes in 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, priced at Rs 16,999 and there is also an 8GB RAM and 128GB internal variant. Vivo Z1 Pro, on the other hand is priced at Rs 14,990, Rs 16,990 and Rs 17,990, for the 4GB+64GB, 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB versions, respectively.

The Oppo K3 sports an all-screen design thanks to the no-notch display. There is a 6.5-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The smartphone comes with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

Contrary, the Vivo Z1 Pro sports a 6.53-inch display with a 90.77 percent screen to body ratio. The smartphone further offers a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and an FHD+(2340X1080) resolution. The device is powered by a 3,765 mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.

The Vivo Z1 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 712 AIE with a 64-bit Qualcomm Kryo 360 CPU at its core offering a clock speed of up to 2.3 GHz and Adreno 616 Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) that Vivo claims can lead to increase in the overall performance by 10 percent. The Z1 Pro comes with an ultra-game mode to offer a seamless experience in e-sports.

The Oppo K3 sports a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of a 16MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary depth sensor. The camera app comes preloaded with features such as AI portrait mode, AI scene detection, Ultra Clear Night View 2.0. The pop-up camera can lift itself in 0.74 seconds and has a life span of five years, claims Oppo.

On the other hand, the Vivo Z1 Pro has a triple camera setup consisting of a 16MP primary camera, 8MP super wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth camera.
