New Update
Phanteks Evolv Mini 2.0 RGB Speakers

It originally started as an April Fool’s joke, but Phanteks has now finally launched their RGB speakers, called the Evolv Mini 2.0. Not surprisingly, but rather really adorably, these speakers look like the mini version of Phanteks’ RGB case, Evolv X.

The Evolv Mini 2.0 are satellite speakers. It is powered by a USB C to plug cable and the two speakers are connected to each other by a micro USB for RGB connectivity. The speakers have an ABS plastic and fabric finish and have a 3.5mm audio jack as an input. The main unit has side buttons which can control the digital RGB LED on the front of speakers (the design is much like the Evolv X chassis).

These speakers are also affordable, at just $29. It does mean that the audiophiles will frown at the sound quality, and I am betting that the speakers won’t offer much in the way of music performance. Phanteks hasn’t really revealed the details about the specifications of these RGB speakers, other than that the drivers "pack a punch" and deliver "impressive stereo sound."
