What’s the idea behind just businesses and how it came to existence.

The idea behind Just Businesses is that it’s a smarter, efficient and spam free way of connecting Businesses. It addresses the key issues which all businessmen face, finding customers and finding vendors. Through this targeted approach, Businesses can specify their customers and their vendors for a healthy connect.

Being a businessman myself when I started my first venture, I was always looking to improve my sales and reduce my overhead costs of marketing both online and offline. Typical marketing protocols like door to door marketing etc were ignored by customers. Searching for suppliers was also no cakewalk and involved unmanageable phone calls and emails.

Our platform addresses these problems and also maintains privacy so that our customer details aren’t shared or accessed by anyone without approval. Once you approve a connection you can chat with them and exchange contact details.

Right now what is the customer base in India and what are the focus verticals.

Our databse consists of SME’s from all types of verticals who are individuals and professionals. We have more than 370 verticals of business listed on our app. We plan to widen our geographical reach shortly.

Just Businesses was officially released in 3rd week of August the response till now has been great. We are getting a lot of genuine business profiles everyday, there has been more than 20000 matches already on our platform, people are chatting with each other. Just Businesses will provide the technology that changes the way you do business and will promote smart business communication globally. With no direct competitor, Just Business aims at diversifying into consultancy businesses and having more than 100 million users in next 5 years.

What is the GTM strategy especially for mid market as they are transforming fast.

Currently we are using a combination of following marketing techniques:

• Paid advertising – display, search, native

• Public relations like press and media coverage

• Shared media – social media, email, SMS.

• Search engine optimization and app store optimization.

Further we would be roping in market associations and

other business groups to get more members.
