PUBG Mobile Receives New Update, Adds Ancient Secret Mode, Team Gun Fight

PUBG Mobile got a new update that unlocked the new Ancient Secret mode in the game. The Ancient Secret mode in the game was first announced in the 0.19.0 patchnotes. This new mode is only going to be available on the Erangle and Miramar maps. Players can choose if they want to play the ancient secret mode in the game. Another new feature that was added in the game was the much-awaited library map in the Arena mode. PUBG Mobile official twitter account also confirmed in its tweet about the Ancient Secret mode coming in the update as well. That being said the new game mode will be available to play from the 4th of August.

Ancient Secret Mode in PUBG Mobile: 

This new mode will bring with it new features in the game itself. Players can choose if they want to play the ancient secrets mode in the Erangle and the Miramar maps. Apart from these two maps Livik, Vikendi, and Sanhok maps will be available for players to play normally in Classic mode. In the ancient secrets mode in PUBG Mobile, there will be new features like:

• Ancient Temple

This is a floating building that is going to come in the Ancient secret mode. This is a two-story building that initially is on the ground like any other building in the map but soon starts to rise in the air and floats in the air as the game progresses. As it floats it will keep moving along within the safe zone. Something similar was seen in the initial days of COD mobile which was developed by TiMi studios. 

• Slate puzzle

This will be an ancient slate puzzle that players will need to solve to get loot or rewards in the game. In the patch notes, it said that it is made of slates.

• Boss fight

This is related to the floating temple in the ancient secrets mode. Players who enter the floating temple and are able to reach the second floor will be able to challenge the boss of the temple and fight it. If they are able to defeat the boss they will get rewards in the game. 

• Small Ruins

These are small ruins spread across the map in Ancient secrets mode. These small ruins will consist of puzzles and crates that will appear randomly in the game. 

New Arena Mode Now available in PUBG Mobile Update:

When the 0.19.0 PUBG Mobile patch notes were released they talked about the new gun game mode coming in the game. Now, after the update, the new mode is available in the game. Players can see the new mode when they select Arena mode. The new Gun game is a 4v4 match in which two teams will fight against each other but as they keep progressing in the game the winning team will get better weapons. When the end of the match approaches its final stage both teams will get pans to fight it out and claim victory over the other team. This new mode will only be available from the 31st of July in the game. Players can play this mode only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 

New Library Map Added in Arena Mode in PUBG Mobile:

Another new addition to the game after the update is the Library map in PUBG Mobile. This will be the second map after Livik that is being added in the game after the 0.19.0 update.
