Realme GT 5 specifications (expected)

Software: The phones may ship with Android 13 and be skinned with Realme UI 4.0.

Screen: You can interact with this software with a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5000 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.

Cameras: The screen may have a small hole for a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. The rear camera surface, on the other hand, could have a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890) main camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and a 2-megapixel sensor.

Processor: All of these are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with a whopping 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. As we saw from the Geekbench listing, there would be multiple memory configurations.

Battery: Realme GT 5 model could have a 4,600mAh battery with 240W fast charging, while the other could have a 5,000mAh battery with 150W fast charging support.

Other Features: The phone may also have an under-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock for biometric authentication.

Realme GT 5 Geekbench listing

According to the MSP Geekbench listing, there appear to be two Realme GT 5 models viz. RMX3820 and RMX3823. The latter may be the more expensive model as it seems to have better hardware. Realme RMX3823 has 24GB RAM while Realme RMX3820 has 16GB RAM.

In addition, both models share the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with Android 13 software on top. Realme RMX3823 achieved single-core performance and 5305 multi-core performance in 2011. Meanwhile, the RMX3820 has 1,491 single-core and 4,087 multi-core tests.
