Oppo’s sub-brand Realme in a tweet from its European account has said that the upcoming Realme X2 Pro will come with Dolby Atmos powered dual stereo speakers and will also support Hi-Res sound quality.

The smartphone will be first launched in China in October followed by the India launch later this year.

According to media reports, the Realme X2 Pro will be the first device from Realme’s stable to come with a 90Hz display. The 90Hz refresh rate is designed for hardcore gamers who don’t want to miss any of the action during gameplay. The 90Hz refresh rate means the screen refreshed 90 times per second, meaning you will experience much smoother gameplay than normal smartphones that come with a 60Hz refresh rate screen.

The smartphone will have a 64MP quad-camera setup at the back, which will also include a telephoto lens to support 20x hybrid zoom. There will be an 8MP ultrawide angle camera that will allow users to capture macro shots, but, will have a reduced field of view (115-degrees as compared to 119-degrees). The Realme X2 Pro will support 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge technology.

The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 855 Plus processor.

Recently, Realme announced the Realme XT Pro with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and a next-generation in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC paired up with 8GB of RAM and will offer 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, which can be further expanded via micro-SD card.

The Realme XT Pro comes with a quad-camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, the Realme XT Pro will come with a 32MP primary camera. The smartphone runs on ColorOS 6.0 on top of Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. Also, expect NFC and a 4,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.
