ReGlobe, a re-commerce market-place has announced that it is the exclusive buy-back partner for mobiles, tablets and laptops to India’s prominent e-commerce websites- Amazon, SnapDeal, eBay and Infibeam.

In a bid to expand its reach and user base, ReGlobe has recently inked the Amazon exclusive buy-back partnership, while SnapDeal was inked more than two years ago. eBay and Infibeam exclusive buy-back partnerships are both six months old. ReGlobe provides buy-back services to customers on these websites, across 5500 pin codes in India.

"ReGlobe provides a quick and convenient online platform for customers to sell their old/used electronic gadgets. On our platform, users receive an instant quote, followed by a free home pick-up, with cash being handed over on the spot. And all of this in just 48 hours," said Mandeep Manocha, CEO & co-founder.

He also told that plans are afoot to include products such as gaming consoles, TV’s and other white goods into the buy-back offers in the future.

Consumers can leverage the partnership by logging on to the relevant mobile, tablet and/or the laptop buyback page. After a quick online valuation of the product, ReGlobe will instantly pick up the product from the consumers’ doorstep, with payment in cash being made within 48 hours at the doorstep.

The direct pick-up is currently available in 30 major cities, and in other cities, ReGlobe sends a FedEx return courier. On receiving the used gadget from the user and upon its evaluation, the user receives the money by bank transfer or cheque, within 7 days. The company is also planning to enter new verticals such as AC's, Fridge and Washing Machines.

According to a recent report by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, the market for second-hand and recycled products is expected to cross Rs. 1,15,000 crore ($18.4 B) by 2015.
