China’s Xiaomi is expected to launch two new smartphones – Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi K20 — in India soon. According to the rumours, both the smartphones are expected to come with a strong spec sheet, great cameras and battery life. Here in this Redmi K20 Pro vs Redmi K20 comparison, we will see how they are similar and different from each other.

Redmi K20 Pro vs Redmi K20: Camera

The Redmi K20 Pro will sport a 64MP rear camera based on Samsung’s newly developed ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor that offers a 64MP resolution. The 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor comes with 0.8μm pixel size and supports 4-in-1 Tetracell technology, which is Samsung’s marketing term for 4-in-1 pixel binning. The tetracell technology will allow the 64MP image to be condensed into 16MP shots for an improved day-time lighting and impressive low-light performance. And just like Xiaomi allows 48MP images in Pro mode in Redmi Note 7 Pro, users will be able to shoot 64MP resolution pictures in the Pro mode of the Redmi K20 Pro.

On the other hand, the Redmi K20 is expected to come with a 48MP, 13MP and 8MP lenses, which features portrait mode, autofocus and a couple of other features. There will be a 20MP front camera for clicking mesmerising selfie pictures.

The Redmi K20 Pro is expected sport a 6.30-inch AMOLED screen. The smartphone is expected to come in 6GB/8GB of RAM variants with the choice of 64, 128 and 256GB internal storage options. There could be carbon fiber black, glacier blue, and flame red colour options.

The Redmi K20 will be powered by the octa-core (2.84GHz single-core, 2.42GHz tri-core, and 1.8 quad-core Kryo 485) processor clubbed with Adreno 640 GPU. The smartphone is expected to come in the 6GB RAM variant. The same 4,000mAh battery will fuel the Redmi K20 too.
