Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is coming to India on July 20 confirmed. The announcement came from the twitter handle of Xiaomi Global VP Manu Jain. The tweet showed a picture of a wrestling championship belt with the undisputed champion written in the tweet. The redmi note 9 will be a budget smartphone by Xiaomi in India. As of now the Chinese smartphone maker is already selling the Redmi Note 9 Pro in India with the Snapdragon processor. The tweet also said that the launch will take place at 12 noon on July 20. The redmi note 9 will be running on a mediatek processor.

Specs of Redmi Note 9:

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a budget oriented smartphone by Xiaomi. The processor used is a mediatek helios G85 octa core processor. The display of the smartphone is 6.5 inches IPS LCD panel with 1080 x 2340 resolution. There is also corning gorilla glass 5 used for protection. There are two variants of Redmi Note 9. One is a 64GB internal storage with 3GB of Ram and the other is 128GB of storage with 4GB of Ram. Both variants support dual sim cards with microsd cards for storage expansion. On the back of the smartphone there is a quad camera setup. The primary lens is a 48MP sensor. The secondary lens is a 8MP ultrawide sensor. The third is a 2MP macro sensor and the fourth is a 2MP depth sensor. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back of the smartphone. On the front there is a 13MP selfie camera in the punchhole. The battery is a 5020mAh battery. There is bluetooth 5.0 support with dual band wifi. Redmi note 9 also comes with an IR blaster so it can also be used as a remote control. 

The pricing of the smartphone is still unknown but from the specifications we predict that the redmi note 9 will be available for Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000.
