RedmiBook 14 to soon launch in India

Xiaomi is all set to launch a new variant of the RedmiBook 14 on August 29 which will powered by 10th Gen Intel processor.

After successfully establishing itself in the affordable smartphone segment, Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi now wants to test the waters with the RedmiBook. In May, the company launched its first laptop RedmiBook 14 with an 8th Gen Intel processor. Now, Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a new variant of the RedmiBook 14 on August 29, which will come with a new 10th Gen Intel processor.

The 10th Gen RedmiBook 14 is expected to cost slightly more than the previous device and will come with a 14-inch display offering an 81.2 per cent screen-to-body ratio. There will be a full-sized keyboard, HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack along with Smart Unlock 2.0 feature.

The 8th Gen RedmiBook 14 sports a 14-inch ultra-narrow full-HD display. The laptop was powered by eighth-generation Intel Core i7 processor clubbed with Nvidia GeForce MX250 graphics and 8GB RAM.

Xiaomi is also planning to launch a new Redmi Note 8 series on August 29 which will come with a liquid cooling technology that would help the Redmi Note 8 remain approx.  4-6 degrees cooler. The series will consist of two phones – one Redmi Note 8 and other Redmi Note 8 Pro that will come with quad cameras on the back. The smartphones will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and will utilise Samsung’s 64MP GW1 image sensor. The GW1 outputs 64MP photos with a resolution of 9248 x 6936 pixels.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is expected to be powered by the new Helio G90T chipset.
