ATH Sport 3

It is aimed at athletes and joggers who require great comfort and good sound quality. The ear cups feature a hanger shape design and silicon rubber for comfort over longer periods. To control the air flow and to avoid sweat from entering the headphone when out running or working out, a waterproof IXP5-certified duct has been fitted. The chord boasts wavy design that can block tangling most of the times.

Decent sound and performance

When we tried and tested the ATH Sport 3 headphone, they fitted well around ears and the core bud fits nicely into the ear. On our bass tracks it sounded good. When the volume is raised it gets loud with no sign of distortion. On jazz, classical, and pop tracks the sound delivered was decent. When we listened to some tracks at lower volume, it sounded good but works well within the 70-80% volume range only. The highs and lows are also richly balanced. Noise isolation is good and you will hardly notice any noise from outside environment.

It also includes 3 other different sizes of silicon ear cups, so you can choose the one that securely fits into your ear. The voice on the mic is also clear when making/receiving calls and does not fumble.
