Performance

We used the HP Smart Tank 750 printer for around a month to test its printing capability. In our standard ISO test with 5% ink coverage, it printed 5 A4 color pages in about 1 min and 06 sec with the first page out in 15 seconds. While printing 100 pages, it took 16 min 03 secs. We got 1 photo page print in approx 2 min 41 sec of A4 size with the best DPI and 6X4 inch photo out in about 56 sec with 300 DPI. When we used duplex printing, it took around 29 sec to print both sides. In standard text printing, it was able to meet the 21 pages per minutes (black) print speed. But color print speed wasn’t close to what was claimed, it was around 14 pages per minute.

The test included text pages, graphics pages and pages with mixed content for both black and white. The output quality is excellent, and the text looked sharp and detailed. The print quality of the image comes with a good amount of details and sharpness.

The optical resolution of the scanner is 1200 dpi (dots per inch is a unit of optical resolution). It scanned an A4 image in just 19 sec with a good amount of details and took around 4 min 40 sec at 1200 DPI with a whole lot of details and vibrant colors, and only 41 sec to copy an A4 page.
