ZAGG iFrogz Tadpole Bluetooth Speaker Review

The Tadpole speaker is one of smallest wireless bluetooth speakers available in the market and can be clipped easily onto keys, purses, belts etc.  The Tadpole is compatible with all Bluetooth 3.0 devices and is available in multiple bright color options like Blue, Gray, Green, purple, red and white.

Performance

In terms of performance, the Tadpole delivers fair sound, despite its small size. It works best within 60-75% of its volume range, but beyond that, it looses the clarity. The audio quality lacks depth and is capable of servicing a small indoor and closed environment. It cannot handle bass tracks and works well with vocals and less complicated music. The JBL Micro-Wireless speaker, which costs just a few more bucks performed better than this.

Once charged, the battery lasts for about 2 hours. This device works on Bluetooth 3.0, which means once connected you can roam around up to 100 meters of space beyond that you will lose its connection. The device does not connects automatically and you’ll need to press the single button on its side to re-connect with your device.
