Samsung Electronics today announced its slimmest smartphone, the Galaxy A7. The smartphone with a thickness of 6.3mm features a full Metal unibody design and comes with 5.5” Full HD Super AMOLED display.

​​At the back is a 13 MP camera for people who have a knack for photography and front is equipped with a 5 MP shooter with features such as Ultra Wide Shot, GIF shooting mode, Auto selfie Modes, Palm and Voice selfie modes.

In addition to these features, the Galaxy A7 offers a Private Mode, which adds an extra layer of security for important files and documents. The A7 also has Multi Screen app function capability.

Galaxy A7 has 16GB of memory and 2GB of RAM to power all of a user’s favorite apps and media, and is supported by a 2,600mAh battery.

For processing, the smartphone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa-core processor, enabling users to quickly and easily perform data intensive tasks.

The device also features ‘Always Clear Voice Auto Control’ to reduce noise from the surrounding environment, as well as LTE Category 4 support for quick and easy photo and video uploads on any social network.

The Dual-Sim smartphone is priced Rs. 30,499/- and will be available in three colours including Pearl White, Midnight Black and Champagne Gold by today itself.
