The Galaxy M30 is priced at Rs 17,990 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant costs Rs 14,990.

On the other hand, the Galaxy M40 is priced at Rs 19,990 and is available for sale on Amazon.in and on Samsung’s own online shop for sale in midnight blue and seawater blue gradient colours.

Samsung Galaxy M30 vs Galaxy M40: display

The Galaxy M30 features a 6.4-inch AMOLED full-HD+ Infinity U display which is also great to look at.

The Galaxy M30 also comes with Widevine L1 certification meaning users will be able to stream content on Netflix and Prime Video and other streaming platforms in true 1080p resolution. There is no such thing present in Redmi Note 7 Pro.

The Galaxy M40 is power packed with 6.3-inch full-HD+ Infinity-O display and comes with Widevine L1 certification for streaming HD content through popular apps. The display offers a 1200:1 contrast ratio with 480 Nits peak brightness.

Both the devices offer improved brightness, contrast ratios when looking side by side and playing games and streaming videos look livelier in the Galaxy M30 than the Redmi Note 7 Pro.

The Galaxy M30 is powered by Samsung’s latest Exynos 7904 octa-core processor that not only enhances user experience through excellent network speed, but also allows smooth multitasking and low power consumption.

On the other hand, the Galaxy M40 is powered by the Snapdragon 675 octa-core processor. The Galaxy M40 is good for gaming thanks to the Adreno 612 GPU support. The smartphone also allows smooth multitasking and low power consumption with 6GB RAM and 128GB memory which is expandable up to 512GB.
