TECNO CAMON i4: First Look

Tecno announces its new smartphone CAMON i4 with triple camera and dot notch display. The latest smartphone is designed keeping the youth in mind who ‘Expect More’ from their smartphones, without burning a hole in the pocket. It is the first mobile device from featuring a ‘dot notch’ screen. Let's explore more about it…

The affordable dot notch screen phone is equipped with 6.22-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and the higher screen-to-body ratio of 88.6%. The large screen offers great viewing experience to enjoy videos and games on it.  TECNO CAMON i4 comes with large round curves on the corners and through the unibody design process.

We unboxed the phone to see the accessories it carries along. Inside the box, we can see a silicon cover, designed especially for the device that offers all-round protection to the mobile.

The box has one rocket charger, USB cable, SIM pin and user manuals etc. The smartphone comes with ‘Rocket Charge’ feature that gives users 2 hours calling from just 10 min charge.

Experience superior pro photography with TECNO CAMON i4, it hosts triple camera setup at the back - 13MP +2MP+8MP. The powerful triple rear camera set-up has 13MP primary, 2MP depth lens and 8MP wide angle lens. The set-up enables you to capture up to 120 degree wide frames which has the same viewing angle as the human eye.

Also, it has various modes including AR Mode, AI Auto Scene detection, HDR, Night scene, etc.

At the front, it has 16MP Selfie Camera with AI Beauty Mode with 6-level AI beauty mode allowing adjustment as per consumer preferences that scans up to 228 facial points optimized on Indian skin tone for giving more real selfies.

The unibody design phone has a thin profile of 7.9mm. It looks good and offers a good grip as well.

The phone is packed with a 3500mAh battery with Rocket Charge feature. TECNO has optimised by AI Power management feature of smarter HiOS 4.6 software.
