User Query: PC troubleshooting

by May 3, 2016 0 comments

Q- Why does my computer screen turn blue every day?

– Shashank K

Answer: There are various causes for the dreaded blue screen. One possible reason is that the PC is not getting efficient cooling and thus during the long working hours this can lead to crashes. Another reason could be too much dust. So, clean the cabinet and check whether all the connections are firmly inserted and firmly seated. And if your PC is old enough then such an error could be caused by an aging hard drive or due to improper use/bad sectors. Use software tools for the troubleshooting process, and if there is serious damage you will have to replace the hard disk. Check the latest drivers and software installation or upgrades, and remove or disable newly added programs or drivers.
