Xiaomi Mi A3, Mi A3 Lite to soon launch in India

The Xiaomi Mi A3 and Mi A3 Lite will soon launched in India as the company has already started testing these two devices which are likely to fall into the family of Android One smartphones.

At the front, the smartphones will sport 32MP front cameras as seen in Vivo V15 Pro and will use 4-in-1 pixel binning technology to further enhance night photography. Xioami Mi A3 and Mi A3 Lite will come with Snapdragon 675 or Snapdragon 710 chipset, which are faster than the Snapdragon 660 and Snapdragon 625, respectively, that came in the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite.

It is also possible that the Mi A3 and Mi A3 Lite could bring in-display fingerprint sensor technology.

Last week, Xaomi Poco F2 was seen listed on benchmarking platform – Geekbench—with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and 4GB of RAM. The Poco F1 will be successor to Poco F1 which is one of the fast performing smartphone under Rs 20,000. We believe Xiaomi Poco F2 will further improve on the performance. The smartphone is expected to come with the upcoming Android Q OS which has been released recently by Google for developers and Beta users.

According to the Geekbench, the Xiaomi Poco F2 scored 1776 points in a single-core test. The smartphone recorded 6097 points in multi-score test. The recent benchmarking scores of devices having Snapdragon 855 have totalled over 3,000 points in the single-core tests and approx. 10,000 in the multi-core tests. Thus, the scores of Poco F2 are quite low as compared to other Snapdragon 855 powered phones. The low score might also be due to 4GB RAM in Poco F1 as compared to devices that now pack up to 8GB of RAM.

The F1 is the first device from Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco which was introduced last year. The Poco F1 packs a 12MP (f/1.9) primary camera and a 5MP (f/2.0) secondary camera on the rear, along with a 20MP front camera. Xiaomi has designed a cooling system called ‘LiquidCool’, especially for this phone to prevent it from becoming unbearably hot during extended gaming sessions.
