Ziox Mobiles, under the aegis of Sun Airvoice Private Limited, announced a new initiative for Ziox Customers-- ‘111 Replacement Policy’. The policy aims to bring flexibility to its consumers to replace their Mobile Phones in a period of 111 days.
The policy shall be applicable for the feature phones, and would get started from the day of purchase/activation (Whichever is earlier). It will help empower the trust for Ziox products in the minds of the consumers and will help maintain the right quality & service in the cluttered Mobile market.
The Ziox Advantage has been designed keeping in mind the dynamic needs of market and will result in Customer/Channel satisfaction and enhancement in brand value. The Ziox Advantage of 111 Replacement Policy will cover selective states which includes - Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The policy in future might be extended to Pan India.
