The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for Nintendo Switch (October 15)

Nintendo has been a massive success, and so was Witcher 3. The game has been touted as being the best game ever made by the critics. The Witcher 3 was a massive game with amazing graphics and a massive world, so porting it to a portable device such as Nintendo Switch must have been a huge challenge.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (October 25)

The original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare had one of the best single-player campaigns in the FPS genre which is remembered to this day. This CoD: MW is a remake of the classic and has been very much anticipated by the fans. But it has also been in a lot of controversy regarding loot boxes and a PS4 exclusive mode.

Outer Worlds (October 25)

The game has been developed by Obsidian, the makers of Fallout: New Vegas aka the best fallout game. Like Fallout, it will be an FPS RPG and will be set on distant planets in an alternate reality. The game looks breathtaking going by the trailer and is definitely worth looking into.

Death Stranding (November 8)

This PS4 exclusive is Hideo Kojima’s first venture after he left Konami. As can be expected, the game seems to be like any other Kojima game; weird, perplexing, complex with a great narrative. The game isn’t out yet but I’m sure even you know that it is going to be amazing.

Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition (November 14)

This new version of the game is the remaster of the old one, with modern graphics. It does look pretty, and it will look even prettier in 4k which it will support. The game will also have a new campaign and 4 new factions.

Shenmue III

Shenmue series has had somewhat of a troubled past. The first game in the series was the most expensive made at that time and the story was developed to span multiple games. Though both the Shenmue games have a cult following and feature in a lot of “Greatest of all times” list, they were commercial failures. This instalment had to be crowdfunded, and its Kickstarter campaign was a huge success.

Doom Eternal

The Doomguy is back with Doom Eternal. The first game was set in hell, now the action is on Earth itself. The game will also feature a multiplayer mode called invasion, where other players will be able to invade another player’s campaign and fight them as a demon.
