Red Dead Redemption 2 PC will be released on November 5 on Rockstar’s own game launcher and will see a Steam release on a later date, hopefully. The pre-purchase for the game starts on October 9th  until October 11th and players who pre order from Rockstar Store will  get to keep 2 games for free from the following:

Grand Theft Auto III

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Bully: Scholarship Edition

L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition

Max Payne 3: The Complete Edition

That is a great deal I would say, since we know that Red Dead Redemption 2 is already a great game. Rockstar also announced that "Epic Games store, Greenman Gaming, the Humble Store, GameStop and additional digital retailers" will be able to start taking pre orders on October 23rd. Steam is missing from these stores but we hope that it comes under the category of additional digital retailers. The players pre ordering from these stores will not be able to claim the additional two games, however. In addition, they will only get 25 gold bars for Red Dead Online compared to 50 gold bars from Rockstar Games launcher. Additional details regrding system requirements will be posted on Rockstar's official blog on 9th October

The developers have also promised a “range of graphical and technical enhancements” and new weapons, gang hideouts and bounty hunting missions. Let's hope that there is an improvement to textures and uncapped framerate. The coming of Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC also means that we will get to see mods on PC.

Boys, get ready to take your horse to the old town road.
